IT Support Specialist

Salary: $65,000 - 84,989 per year Requirements:

• Were looking for at least two years of experience in IT support, service desk, desktop support, field support, or a similar hands-on technology role.
• We need working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, and common endpoint troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and basic networking is preferred.
• Familiarity with Veeam, Ubiquiti, or Cisco Meraki is a plus.
• Experience supporting hospitality, restaurant, retail, or other multi-site operations is helpful but not required.
• You should be able to organize work, document solutions, communicate clearly, and keep ownership until issues are resolved.
• We value a strong service mindset, sound judgment, curiosity, and a willingness to learn from more senior technical resources.
• You must be able to travel between restaurant locations and work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as operational needs require.
• Relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience are welcome but not required.

• We own first-line support requests from restaurant and corporate users, including intake, troubleshooting, resolution, escalation, communication, and follow-through.
• We troubleshoot workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, phones, audiovisual equipment, CCTV endpoints, and restaurant technology peripherals.
• We handle employee onboarding and offboarding tasks, including device setup, account creation, access updates, equipment recovery, and completion tracking.
• We perform routine Microsoft 365, directory, identity, password, multifactor authentication, mailbox, group, and access administration within established procedures.
• We deploy, replace, configure, and maintain endpoints and mobile devices using approved standards and management tools.
• We keep accurate records for hardware, software, assignment, warranty, and lifecycle tracking.
• We coordinate vendor cases and site visits, monitor progress, share status updates, and confirm resolution.
• We create and maintain support procedures, knowledge articles, configuration records, and user guidance.
• We travel to restaurant locations for technology support, deployments, maintenance, and readiness tasks.
• We participate in an agreed after-hours support rotation and respond to priority operational incidents when scheduled.
• We may grow into shared responsibilities such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and mobile-device administration.
• We may also take on basic network, Wi-Fi, connectivity, and restaurant technology diagnosis.
• We may assist with routine endpoint patching, monitoring review, and remediation follow-through.
• We may review backup jobs and escalate exceptions.
• We may contribute to defined infrastructure tasks, technical projects, vendor-supported changes, deployments, testing, and documentation.

This role is designed to strengthen service consistency and coverage while allowing the Systems Administrator to focus more deeply on infrastructure, security, recovery, systems administration, and technical projects.
