Your Role Will Include:

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering diagnostic assessments, and creating personalized treatment plans

Education And Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner educational program

Mandatory Certifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Kentucky
• National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty qualification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
