Litigation Attorney

This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated and high-impact matters within a nationally recognized firm of more than 250 attorneys nationwide. The ideal candidate will have experience in Labor & Employment, Professional Liability, and/or Commercial Litigation and will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that offers meaningful responsibility, hands‑on litigation experience, and long‑term career growth opportunities. Responsibilities Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution Draft and respond to written discovery Take and defend depositions Prepare motions, briefs, and other substantive pleadings Participate in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and oral arguments Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic case updates Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on complex matters Assist with all aspects of litigation strategy and case management Qualifications J.D. degree with strong academic credentials Admission to practice in California required Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience Experience in Labor & Employment, Professional Liability, and/or Commercial Litigation preferred Experience handling legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, and other professional liability matters is highly preferred Excellent written, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Strong organizational and case management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic litigation environment Why KD?
