Together, We Shape the Future Job Description Your responsibilities Support Kelvion’s business strategy by developing and managing a supply base that delivers best value, high quality, and lowest total cost supply chain solutions for assigned commodities. Ensure the deployment and execution of supply chain objectives and directives, providing input and support to local and regional teams on operational requirements, budgets, reporting, and supplier issues. Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities, informing relevant company stakeholders and fostering innovation in collaboration with Engineering and Innovation teams. Lead supplier selection, nomination, and contract management for assigned commodities, establishing strategic procurement agreements and partnerships. Drive initiatives to improve cost and efficiency of materials, components, investments, and services, supporting both annual and long-term company objectives. Ensure accurate technical and financial information throughout sourcing and bidding processes, and maintain alignment of supply base development with company goals. Implement and execute procedures, operative instructions, and reporting systems to ensure effective decision-making and communication. Your profile Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within an industrial organization, ideally with exposure to global commodity management. Strong analytical skills and market awareness, with the ability to drive cost and efficiency improvements and foster supplier engagement and collaboration. Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work cross-functionally and support teams across regions. Results-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
