We are seeking an experienced leader to manage global supplier relationships and drive strategic procurement for a purchasing volume exceeding CHF 300 million.**Team Lead Global Resin & Plastic Components Sourcing (m/f/d)**Your tasks:* Lead and develop a team of 5 Strategic Sourcing Managers* Lead global strategic sourcing of plastic raw materials and related components, coordinating with Category Managers, Lead Buyers, and key stakeholders* Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives for cost, availability, quality, and sustainability* Build and guide a global network across Procurement, R&D, Product Management, and Sustainability* Provide strategic direction to senior management and report key results to the CPO* Manage supplier performance, risk, and development initiatives to secure availability in challenging markets* Deliver market analysis and forecasts on price and supply trendsYour profile:* A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, production, supply chain, or business administration* 10+ years’ experience in strategic procurement in a manufacturing environment, ideally in plastics* Experience in leading teams* Strong negotiation and contract management skills with excellent communication skills* Analytical, strategic, and execution-oriented mindset* Experience in matrix and decentralized organizations* Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)* Fluent in English and German* Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)Your contact:**René Paparusso** Team Lead Talent Acquisition Management Switzerland Phone: View phone number on click.appcast.io from agencies will not be considered.****#LI-DNI**Contact person:René PaparussoTalent Acquisition View email address on click.appcast.io submit your application via the ‘Apply’ button.
