Business Development Center (BDC) / ReceptionistParetti Family of Dealerships is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) / Receptionist to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our dealership and plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and administrative operations.Position SummaryThe BDC / Receptionist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing inbound communications, and supporting dealership sales efforts. This individual will greet customers, handle phone and internet inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure the reception area remains organized and welcoming.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to and manage inbound leads via phone, email, and internet inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departmentEngage with current customers through phone and email to maintain strong relationships and enhance customer loyaltyDevelop and manage a pipeline of sales and business opportunities, including referrals, networking, and outreach effortsCollaborate with the sales team to support strategies that drive dealership performanceMonitor industry and consumer trends and communicate relevant insights to management and staffProvide accurate information regarding dealership services, inventory, and promotionsDeliver a consistently high level of customer service in all interactionsMaintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception areaQualificationsPrior experience in an automotive dealership environment (sales, internet sales, or BDC preferred)Strong background in customer service and/or sales, ideally within the automotive industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong follow-through and organizational abilitiesWorking knowledge of internet-based tools and communication platformsFamiliarity with automotive financing processes is a plusPositive, professional, and team-oriented attitudeBenefitsCompetitive salaryComprehensive medical and dental insurance plansPaid vacation and sick leave401(k) retirement savings planEmployee discounts on vehicle purchasesAbout Paretti ImportsParetti Family of Dealerships, including Paretti Imports located in Metairie, Louisiana, is a premier automotive group with over 30 years of experience serving our community.
