Position Overview:


Seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Audit Manager to join this high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of public accounting experience , with a primary focus on audit services , and a strong background in non-profit and governmental audits .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across various industries, with a strong emphasis on non-profit and governmental audits
  
  
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit team members
  
  
• Review complex financial statements and reports
  
  
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
  
  
• Assist with business development and strategic firm initiatives
  
  
• Collaborate closely with firm leadership on planning and workflow management
  
  

Qualifications:

• CPA designation required
  
  
• Minimum of 10 years’ public accounting audit experience
  
  
• Significant exposure to non-profit and governmental audits highly preferred
  
  
• Prior management or supervisory experience is strongly preferred
  
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  
  
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and integrity
