As a Guest Experience Lead (GEL) at McDonald's, you're the face of our restaurant. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring every guest feels welcomed, appreciated, and well taken care of-from the moment they walk through our doors to the moment they leave.

• Greet guests warmly and create a friendly, inviting environment

• Support customers in the lobby, dining area, and kiosks

• Handle concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction

• Work with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
