Position Overview HIRING IMMEDIATELY Part-Time Weekend Security Officers are needed in the Morrisville, NC area. Positions are available on 1st and 3rd shifts during weekends with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour, paid weekly. Schedules 1st Shift: Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 3rd Shift: Saturday and Sunday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Responsibilities A Security Officer will perform duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Duties include ensuring access to the facility is strictly monitored, conducting interior and exterior foot patrols, and reading and becoming extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Requirements Prior security, law enforcement, and/or corrections experience. Current PPSB certified is a plus. Solid report-writing skills. Attention to detail. Must be able to ensure access to the facility is strictly monitored. Must be able to conduct interior and exterior foot patrols. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Education & Certification High School diploma or equivalent. PPSB license required.
