- Collect and distribute daily field updates regarding safety, progress, and staffing while maintaining comprehensive dashboards and status reports for internal and customer use.
- Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and the accurate preparation and submission of customer invoices.
- Track project schedules, assist with updates, and thoroughly prepare for kickoff meetings, execution reviews, and final project closeouts.
- Act as a central point of contact by closely coordinating with field supervisors, technicians, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
