Strategic Customer Success Manager

Owning and executing the global strategy for a select portfolio of multi-market enterprise agency accounts, the full-time Strategic Customer Success Manager will facilitate commercial success and revenue growth while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Manage and elevate relationships within media agency holding companies to drive long-term expansion and value realization Facilitate proactive contract renewals and generate new business leads within existing parent organizations or across business units Align cross-functional teams to execute commercial growth plans and influence internal product roadmaps based on executive customer feedback Required qualifications 3+ years of Media Agency experience in a client-facing role Deep understanding of the MarTech/AdTech landscape and media agency holding company ecosystem Experience in B2B SaaS Account Management or Customer Success with large, complex enterprise accounts Demonstrated ability to secure commercial success through complex contract negotiations A strategic mindset with the ability to transition between long-term planning and tactical execution
