Key responsibilities include: Responding to inbound service inquiries from advisors and investors Assisting with account maintenance requests and financial transactions Researching and resolving client concerns accurately and efficiently Providing exceptional customer service through professional communication Navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously Collaborating with team members to solve complex issues Participating in ongoing training and development programs Following a structured onboarding and training experience, you will join a service team supporting a high volume of daily interactions while continuing to develop your knowledge and expertise.
