Client Services Associate Job Overview Are you looking to launch your career in financial services and customer support? Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for advisors and investors. Handle approximately 25-30 inbound contacts daily. Resolve account inquiries and research issues efficiently. Assist with financial transaction requests and account servicing. Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while documenting interactions. Analyze client concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions. Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and written communication. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing development programs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 0-2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, retail, hospitality, banking, call center, or other service-oriented environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Passion for helping others and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Preferred Qualifications Financial services experience or education. Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification. Experience in a high-volume call center or customer support environment. Work Environment Fully remote opportunity for candidates located in the Tempe, AZ area. Equipment provided. Fast-paced, team-oriented environment. High-volume inbound contact center. Scheduled shifts between Monday-Friday, operating hours of 8:00 AM-8:00 PM EST. May include either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts based on business needs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
