Key Responsibilities * Serve as the first point of contact for financial advisors and investors. * Handle 25 to 30 inbound contacts per day, addressing questions and resolving issues. * Assist with account inquiries, service requests, and financial transaction support. * Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to research and resolve client concerns. * Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver timely solutions. * Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing development programs. * Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. * 0 to 2+ years of customer-facing or service-oriented experience. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping others. * Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. * Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems efficiently. * High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Desire to learn and grow within the financial services industry. Preferred Qualifications * Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Certification. * Education or experience within the financial services industry. * Prior experience in contact center, customer service, banking, or financial support environments. Work Environment * Primarily remote position; candidates must be located in the Tempe, AZ area. * Initial equipment pickup and onboarding may require in-person attendance. * Fast-paced, team-oriented contact center environment. * Structured schedules between Monday and Friday. * Various shift schedules available based on business needs.
