As a Client Services Associate, you will serve as a primary point of contact for advisors and investors, delivering exceptional customer service while helping resolve account inquiries and supporting financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for financial advisors and investors.
• Handle 25 to 30 inbound contacts per day, addressing questions and resolving issues.
• Assist with account inquiries, service requests, and financial transaction support.
• Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to research and resolve client concerns.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver timely solutions.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing development programs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0 to 2+ years of customer-facing or service-oriented experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems efficiently.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Desire to learn and grow within the financial services industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Certification.
• Education or experience within the financial services industry.
• Prior experience in contact center, customer service, banking, or financial support environments.

Work Environment

• Primarily remote position; candidates must be located in the Tempe, AZ area.
• Initial equipment pickup and onboarding may require in-person attendance.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented contact center environment.
• Structured schedules between Monday and Friday.
• Various shift schedules available based on business needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
