Trader Development Program - Equities & Options - Phoenix, AZ Area

Position Overview We are seeking traders for our development program focused on equities and options. Whether you are an emerging trader looking to grow or a skilled trader seeking firm backing, this program provides capital, mentorship, and a structured path to building a successful trading career. Location: Phoenix, AZ Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments Key Responsibilities Identify and execute high-probability options setups across U.S. listed equity markets Use options Greeks (delta, gamma, theta, vega) to construct positions with deliberate exposures Apply portfolio-level risk controls to manage concentration, correlation, and drawdown Review fills, P&L, and execution quality daily to refine your trading process Keep an organized trade journal capturing both quantitative and qualitative observations Participate in regular peer reviews and trader development sessions as desired Required Qualifications At least two years of hands-on experience trading derivatives or currency markets Solid understanding of execution quality, slippage, and fee impact on results Ability to operate inside firm risk guidelines while maintaining trading autonomy Self-directed work style with strong personal accountability Reliable computer hardware and a redundant high-speed internet setup preferred Familiarity with one or more major trading platforms is welcomed Position Details 1099 contractor engagement with full autonomy over your trading day Performance-based pay only — profit splits between 65% and 90% depending on tier Starting firm capital of up to $50,000, with structured progression to $500,000+ 100% remote work, with traders distributed across the U.S. and abroad Capital reviews occur regularly so consistent traders can scale quickly Promotion paths and additional incentives reviewed in detail during interviews Our Work Culture Our firm fosters a culture of independence, discipline, and continuous learning.
