Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, behavioral interventions, and counseling
• Strong knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and other relevant educational laws
• Excellent communication and consultation skills with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying daily assignments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group assessments to evaluate cognitive, academic, and social-emotional development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans
• Provide consultation, advocacy, and support to teachers and families regarding student learning and mental health needs
• Offer crisis intervention services and assist with conflict resolution when needed
• Document findings and maintain confidential student records in compliance with district and legal standards
• Participate in RTI/MTSS meetings and help design school-wide initiatives promoting wellness and positive behavior
