Qualifications:

• Master's degree in School Psychology or a closely related field required
• Valid and current Kentucky school psychologist license
• Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
• Strong communication, consultation, and teamwork skills
• Adept at assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
• Compassionate and committed to student well-being and educational success

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create effective support plans
• Interpret assessment data and make recommendations for individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Promote social-emotional growth through individual and group interventions
• Help implement school-wide strategies to improve learning environments and student outcomes
