Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) PM certification is a plus.Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
