CAD Drafter
We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Drafter to support engineering and construction projects by producing accurate technical drawings, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure consistent drafting standards. This role works closely with engineers, project managers, and contractors on projects involving transmission, substations, distribution, and other infrastructure.

What You’ll Do
- Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics for engineering and construction projects using AutoCAD and related drafting tools.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to translate project requirements and specifications into accurate drawings and revisions.
- Support drafting needs across the planning, design, and execution of major capital and infrastructure projects.
- Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established drafting and quality standards.
- Assist with contractor-led drafting efforts and coordinate drawing updates as project requirements change.
- Maintain organized project documentation and support document management and integration activities.
- Help maintain and apply drafting standards across projects.
- Provide ad hoc drafting support as project needs arise.
Job Requirements
- Degree in drafting, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and related drafting tools.
- Working knowledge of engineering and architectural principles and the ability to apply them to technical drawings.
- Experience creating, updating, reviewing, and maintaining technical drawings and project documentation.
- CAD-related certification or comparable drafting credential.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical drafting skills with attention to detail, effective collaboration, and a commitment to consistent quality standards.
