PrEP/PEP HIV Prevention Navigator

Damian Family Care Centers, Inc. seeks an HIV Prevention Specialist to support comprehensive HIV prevention services with a focus on PrEP, PEP, and HIV testing. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to screen, enroll, coordinate care, and support adherence and retention in care.
