You will serve as requirements expert and are responsible for providing all business analysis support in an Agile environment for client advised projects to ensure that the systems are functioning according to the detailed business requirements. Your interactions with the team will model Fidelity leadership principles to sustain an agile innovative culture and build a positive environment for your squad.Expertise and SkillsEducation: BS or BA RequiredExperience: 5 – 7 years of Business Analysis experience requiredAt least 5 years of direct experience with Health & Welfare Annual Enrollment5 – 7 of experience in Health & Welfare benefits outsourcing with exposure to flexible benefits, benefits outsourcing record keeping system configuration and implementationThe ability to critically analyze complex business requirements/product issuesProven understanding of Fidelity’s end to end business process life cycle, data process flows, and plan level provisions is desiredProficient understanding of core product mechanics, record keeping systems and regulatory environmentCritical thinking skills and initiative; ability to think across Agile Squads and product categoriesAbility to function at a high level in an exciting Agile work environmentStrong technical skills and an ability to apply them in an analytical processStrong organizational skills to define and meet deadlines within an Agile squad structureAdvanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS AccessThe Value You DeliverPartner with the Scrum Leader/Squad Leader to understand the goals and the work for each sprintDefine and analyze complex client requirement changes for Annual Enrollment and Ongoing ProjectsPerform complex data analysis and reporting for effective client decisionsProactively Identify problems with business requirements and recommend modifications to the functional solution which may impact the system designAssist with defining test scenarios for Systems Acceptance Testing and support Business Acceptance testing activitiesPerform root cause analysis when issues arise before and after code migrationsAssist with training, mentoring and coaching new associates.
