Responsibilities Business Ownership – Promotes the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties; understands the marketplace within the territory and tailors the territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes; navigates the ever-changing healthcare environment and payer landscape to increase understanding of accounts and become a trusted partner; utilizes data and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and potential obstacles; implements and adopts new technologies, including the integration of AI company-approved tools and other analytical capabilities to streamline customer interactions; identifies and advocates for new opportunities to enhance the customer experience; models a growth mindset to create positive experiences. Selling Skills / Customer Experience – Embraces and uses the company’s selling, competency and account management models to elevate performance; demonstrates high learning agility to understand disease state, marketplace, clinical trials, and product label; promotes the BU portfolio by planning for and engaging in patient-centered dialogues with customers. Execution / Results – Promotes across BU-portfolio and across HCP specialties, driving consistent ways of working within the Regional Health Care Market; achieves targeted sales and execution metrics while adhering to company policies and procedures; owns the customer relationship for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and general market access; holds self-accountable for results and performance across all accounts; builds and maintains relationships with internal and external partners to foster trust and collaborative success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The anticipated wage for this position is $63,000 - $151,800. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
