About the Role:

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Abilene, TX is looking for a passionate and driven Physical Therapist to join our full-time team! This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives through cutting-edge rehabilitation and balance therapy in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions including balance training, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in community outreach and wellness programs as a representative of FYZICAL

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or balance/vestibular rehabilitation preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff
• Ability to manage a full patient caseload in a fast-paced clinic setting
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing education
