Key Qualifications:

• Active California Physical Therapist license required
• Previous experience working in a school environment is essential
• Comfortable managing a caseload across a variety of grade levels, from kindergarten through high school
• Ability to commute between sites as needed
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in collaboration with IEP teams
• Deliver hands-on therapy and monitor progress to support students’ educational success and functional independence
• Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation for services provided
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student needs are being met across all environments
• Adapt interventions to a variety of developmental and physical needs
• Participate in meetings as a valued resource for student progress
