As a full-time therapist with a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive rehabilitation services that empower patients of diverse backgrounds to enhance their physical functioning and overall quality of life.

Work Environment

Our clinic is housed in a modern rehabilitation center located in beautiful Corona, California. Our typical work hours run from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Pro Active Physio Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of patient-centric activities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations to assess the physical abilities and needs of children and adults upon their initial visit.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs and progression goals.
• Regularly reassessing clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing treatments, ensuring adjustments are made to enhance patient outcomes.
• Documenting all patient information, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, utilizing our clinic's electronic health record system efficiently within established time frames.
• Educating patients and their families about the rehabilitation processes and addressing any potential challenges they may encounter during recovery.
• Meeting established utilization goals while aligning with broader business objectives to support the clinic's growth and community outreach.
• Collaborating with a diverse team across other disciplines to coordinate care for patients receiving multiple therapies, exemplifying our commitment to comprehensive patient care.
• Embodying the company's core values and serving as a positive ambassador for Ensemble Therapy within the community and our patient communications.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients range widely in age, diagnoses, race, and ethnicity. You will have the opportunity to work with children who may be facing developmental challenges, as well as adults and seniors dealing with rehabilitation after surgeries or chronic conditions. An understanding and appreciation of the diverse backgrounds of our patients will allow you to deliver empathetic care that addresses both their physical and emotional needs.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice in California, as recognized by the California Board of Physical Therapy.
• A flexible mindset, open to providing therapy in-person as well as via telehealth, when appropriate, adapting to the individual treatment needs of patients.
• A strong commitment to working with a diverse array of patients, demonstrating sensitivity and respect towards their varied backgrounds.
• Collaboration skills along with a customer-service-oriented attitude to effectively work within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting.
• A background in pediatric therapy is a plus, given our client demographics.
• Previous involvement in documentation and compliance with electronic record-keeping systems.
