As a full-time, onsite therapist, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to our patients in a rehabilitation center setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for patients presenting with a variety of orthopedic conditions.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the individual goals and needs of each patient.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises, to promote recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in line with legal and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on self-management strategies and preventive care to ensure long-term health benefits.
• Manage patient flow and schedules while optimizing the use of clinic resources.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Rising Sun Physical Therapy, you will primarily serve an outpatient population with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation. Our patients range from post-surgical individuals to those recovering from sports injuries or chronic pain conditions. You will work one-on-one with patients, enabling you to form meaningful connections and have a direct impact on their recovery journey. Your role is crucial in rebuilding their confidence and functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field; further education such as a Master's or Doctorate is preferred.
• Active Physical Therapy License in California is required to practice.
• CPR/First Aid Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and a holistic approach to treatment.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to streamline patient workflows effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic physical therapy, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Certification in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation is highly valued, as we recognize its importance in comprehensive patient care.
• Familiarity with various treatment modalities and the latest rehabilitation technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, and a flexible schedule to promote work-life balance. Employees can expect to work 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday, in an 8-hour shift setup.
