Work Environment

The rehabilitation facility is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and amenities to ensure optimal recovery for our patients. The clinic operates during regular business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a supportive work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their physical abilities, administering tests for range of motion, muscle strength, and functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on initial assessments, patient goals, and physician recommendations, ensuring that adjustments are made in response to patient progress.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods, including manual therapy, modalities such as heat and cold therapy, and exercise regimens to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on self-care techniques and home exercise programs to promote continuity of care outside the clinic.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to offer consultative insights regarding patient treatment programs and adaptive equipment needs.
• Supervise and mentor support personnel, delegating treatment responsibilities as appropriate while ensuring high standards of care.

Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.
• A clean record with no disciplinary actions or board sanctions against your license.
• Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques and the development of structured exercise regimens.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient settings with a strong focus on orthopedic conditions.
• Familiarity with the latest rehabilitation technologies and evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a healthcare environment is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
