We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, which spans 5,000 square feet and is meticulously designed to cater to a diverse range of orthopedic conditions. Our experienced team includes two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA) who are passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care to our patients, primarily those with private medical insurance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate and address the unique goals and needs of each patient.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring dedicated, focused care.
• Utilize your experience in orthopedic outpatient therapy to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Promote non-surgical treatment options to minimize reliance on medications where possible.
• Create customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's specific requirements and objectives.
• Motive and encourage patients throughout their treatment process, focusing on improving their physical capabilities and lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to align on patient treatment plans and progress.
• Measure and evaluate treatment outcomes, documenting all services provided to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time Physical Therapist position ranges from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
