Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed physical therapy evaluations to assess the condition and needs of your patients.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans aimed at achieving individual patient goals, while adapting these plans based on progress and feedback.
• Guide patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and daily activities to promote recovery and enhance mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking changes in conditions, treatment protocols, and goals to ensure alignment with healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive care.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for all patients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Twin Mountain, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
