Our facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with state-of-the-art sports medicine resources aimed at delivering exceptional care. Together with a dedicated team of two physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), we aim for excellence in every aspect of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop holistic care plans that cater to individual patient needs, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to set appropriate goals and track the progress of each patient's rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain a manageable patient load of one patient per hour, ensuring quality interaction and treatment.
• Employ evidence-based practices to design innovative exercise and rehabilitation programs that promote optimal functioning.
• Document patient care services meticulously to maintain records and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, contributing your insights to improve overall patient experiences.
• Encourage a healthy lifestyle by enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through tailored fitness programs.
• Motivate patients through effective communication and encouragement, ensuring they remain engaged throughout their therapy.
• Stay informed about the latest manual therapy techniques and best practices necessary for orthopedic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients who require rehabilitative support following surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Mandatory completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of California, free from any disciplinary actions.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and a proven competency in designing effective exercise programs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, is essential for efficient documentation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
