Maridan South Spine and Sports Medicine is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Riverside, California. In this pivotal role, you will become an integral part of our patient's journey towards recovery, focusing on maximizing mobility, restoring function, and helping individuals achieve their personal best through tailored therapy programs. This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

Located in the heart of Riverside, Maridan South Spine and Sports Medicine is a state-of-the-art outpatient facility dedicated to delivering exceptional orthopedic care. Our 5000 square foot facility is equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic tools, allowing our small but dynamic team of physical therapists to provide individualized treatment plans. We primarily cater to patients with private medical insurance, ensuring that our services are of the highest quality and tailored to each patient's specific needs.

Work Environment

Our collaborative and supportive work environment includes a team of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and hands-on learning, enhancing each therapist's skill set in a welcoming atmosphere. You will operate onsite at our outpatient office, closely interacting with patients as you develop and deliver personalized treatment plans throughout the week, from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to establish the objectives and treatment goals for patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Manage a caseload that averages one patient per hour, ensuring effective and efficient treatment delivery.
• Formulate comprehensive and individualized care plans based on assessment findings, utilizing a diverse range of evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, focusing on enhancing functional abilities and encouraging adherence to treatment recommendations.
• Deliver cost-effective treatment solutions that not only improve client mobility but also aim to reduce reliance on medications and aversion to surgical interventions.
• Document all patient interactions thoroughly, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our EMR system, preferably WebPT.
• Continuously assess treatment outcomes, make necessary adjustments to care plans, and engage in open communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and refer to other specialists when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily engage with patients recovering from orthopedic conditions or injuries, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management. You'll be advocating for a healthy lifestyle while focusing on improvements in strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination tailored to each patient. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current state certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record, demonstrating no board actions or disciplinary measures taken against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques pertinent to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Ability to design and implement effective exercise regimens that are patient-specific.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) platforms, especially WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Involvement in interdisciplinary team collaboration for optimizing patient outcomes.
• Proven track record in developing fitness and wellness programs for various populations.
