Work Environment

This is an onsite role within our advanced rehabilitation facility where patient interactions and teamwork are at the forefront of our operations. The comfortable and well-equipped environment enables our therapists to use various evidence-based treatments and rehabilitation techniques, ensuring the highest standard of care. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work schedule conducive to both professional growth and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to assess individual patient goals and functional needs.
• Manage a patient caseload with a maximum of one individual per hour, ensuring focused, personalized care.
• Design and implement tailored treatment programs that leverage a variety of therapeutic techniques ranging from manual therapy to guided exercise routines.
• Utilize contemporary methodologies to develop non-surgical and cost-effective alternatives to pain management.
• Encourage and motivate patients to actively participate in their treatment, reinforcing healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, enhancing communication and collective treatment efforts.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and keeping comprehensive documentation of services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility serves a diverse clientele primarily consisting of individuals covered by private medical insurance. The patient demographic often includes those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist here, you will play a pivotal role in improving their functionality, mobility, and overall health.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California, with no disciplinary actions or board actions affecting licensure.
• Strong manual therapy skills with a focus on orthopedic techniques.
• Experience utilizing EMR Software such as WebPT to manage patient records and treatment notes efficiently.
• Ability to design effective exercise regimens that align with patient therapy objectives.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic care, preferably within a private practice setting.
• Knowledge of current trends in physical therapy, particularly in the context of sports medicine and rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
