Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and goals to create individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including hands-on manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises, to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
• Educate patients about their conditions, guiding them in rehabilitation exercises, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Active California state license in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
