Key Responsibilities

• Implement tailored therapy programs in alignment with patients' specific needs and rehabilitation goals.

• Monitor patient progress meticulously before, during, and after therapy sessions, reporting significant changes to the overseeing physical therapist.
• Employ assistive devices like walkers or braces to facilitate mobility and independence as per treatment needs.
• Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care strategies to enhance their recovery journey.
• Engage in mentorship and training for junior staff, sharing technical skills and insights to foster team growth.
• Fulfill additional job-related duties as assigned, contributing to a collaborative team-based environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
