Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of residents to assess their physical capabilities, mobility limitations, and treatment requirements.
• Design, implement, and modify personalized rehabilitation plans to foster improved strength, mobility, and independence.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other physical modalities tailored to individual patient needs.
• Document treatment progress meticulously, adjusting plans based on continuous assessments and outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation specialists to provide holistic care across interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate residents and their families on home exercise regimens and wellness strategies to encourage ongoing improvement.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, alongside adhering to the highest professional standards of practice.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
