Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of each patient's physical condition and function to establish clear objectives and treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, allowing for personalized attention and detailed intervention strategies.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance patient mobility, reduce pain, and promote recovery.
• Design and implement tailored fitness and wellness programs that address the unique needs of each patient, focusing on long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Employ manual therapy techniques and advanced modalities to improve therapeutic outcomes while minimizing the need for invasive procedures.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and share insights regarding progress and ongoing treatment strategies.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient interactions and treatment efficacy using EMR software, ensuring compliance and quality of care standards.

Compensation and Benefits
