Great Marshall Physical Therapy & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Riverside, California. Work Environment

In our outpatient office, you will work alongside a team of two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA). Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify patient objectives and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, treating one patient per hour while maintaining high-quality interactions and focused attention.
• Utilize various treatment modalities and techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education, to optimize recovery and functional outcomes.
• Document treatment sessions thoroughly and accurately in a timely manner using EMR software, such as WebPT, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with legal standards.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary based on evidence and patient feedback.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care and referral when needed.
• Encourage and motivate patients through their rehabilitation journey, fostering independence and self-management skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients requiring rehabilitation services to recover from injuries, surgeries, or other conditions affecting musculoskeletal health. By fostering strong relationships with our clients, you will guide them through their therapy journey, creating tailored exercise programs that promote strength, balance, and coordination, ultimately enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess a valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Clear record with no history of board actions or disciplinary measures.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription to treat various musculoskeletal conditions.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records systems, specifically experience with platforms like WebPT.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based annual increases.
