About the Opportunity
A local Construction company is seeking a Construction Billing & Procore Administrator to serve as the company's primary Procore expert while supporting subcontractor billing, vendor payments, accounts receivable, and project billing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Procore.
- Manage subcontractor billing, payment applications, lien waivers, and vendor onboarding.
- Support customer invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, and collections efforts.
- Monitor billing workflows, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
- Generate reports, provide user training, and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Project Teams, the Controller, and CFO.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction industry experience.
- Hands-on Procore experience required.
- Knowledge of subcontractor billing, vendor payments, and construction accounting processes.
- Accounts receivable and collections experience.
- Strong Excel, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. xhyhwjd
