** Full‐Charge Bookkeeper – Full Time **

Management & Associates, a respected family-owned Community Management Company with more than 30 years of industry experience, is seeking a dedicated and detail‐oriented Full‐Charge Bookkeeper to join our team.
About the Role
As a Full‐Charge Bookkeeper, you will manage the complete accounting function for multiple Community Associations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys variety in their work, and values accuracy and professionalism.
** Key Responsibilities **
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements
- Complete journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records
- Provide customer service and support to assigned Community Associations
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Collaborate with internal team members to support overall operations
** Qualifications **
- Strong accounting background or relevant experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask while managing multiple associations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with bookkeeping/accounting software is a plus
