Make a meaningful impact by supporting students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis. This opportunity focuses on providing direct, in-person support to students during a maternity leave coverage, starting in December and extending through March. Desired Background and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid Indiana SLP license
• DOE certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Recent experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with staff and families
• Ability to adapt to needs of diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals and individualized needs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student eligibility and ongoing requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing to goal-setting and planning
• Document services, progress, and outcomes in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student success
