Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | Marion, OH | $55–$65+/hr
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Marion, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP looking for a highly competitive rate, a supportive educational environment, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP-related records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students receiving services
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio SLP license
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55–$65+/hr, based on experience and qualifications
