Logistics Coordinator Location: Dallas, TX Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour Shift: 12-hour Night Shift 6 PM-6 AM Schedule Options: Sunday‑Tuesday, every other Wednesday or Wednesday‑Saturday, plus every other Wednesday Overview Looking for Logistics Coordinator jobs in Dallas where great communication makes a real difference? Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, shipping and receiving, warehouse clerical, or administrative support. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, data entry, and transportation management systems. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills with close attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable working independently in a warehouse or guard shack environment. Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required. Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners. Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
