Logistics Coordinator

Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator Location: Dallas, TX Pay Rate: $25.00-$26.00/hour, depending on experience Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch) Reports To: Justin Finney Environment: Professional office environment supporting warehouse, shipping, receiving, and logistics operations. Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to provide clerical and administrative support for daily logistics operations. This position will coordinate shipments, maintain records, track deliveries, process orders, and communicate with carriers, vendors, drivers, and internal departments. This is a clerical position; warehouse experience is not required. Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.

- Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules with carriers and vendors.
- Track shipments and provide updates regarding delays or delivery issues.
- Enter and maintain inventory, shipment, and order information in company systems.
- Scan and reconcile purchase orders and shipping documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Assist with resolving shipping discrepancies and delivery issues.
- Support freight tracking, transportation reporting, and scheduling.
- Provide general administrative and customer support as needed.
- Previous clerical, administrative, logistics, shipping, receiving, or transportation experience preferred.
- Experience with data entry, record keeping, purchase orders, or shipping documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have a good driving record and pass a pre-employment drug test.
