12-hour Night Shift 6 PM-6 AM | Schedule Options: Sunday-Tuesday, plus every other Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday, plus every other Wednesday

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

Logistics Coordinator Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, shipping and receiving, warehouse clerical, or administrative support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, data entry, and transportation management systems
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills with close attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently in a warehouse or guard shack environment
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift and occasionally lift to 25 lbs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required.

Logistics Coordinator Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
• Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
