Job Overview Pain Management Opportunity in the Florida Panhandle. Join an established pain management physician in a multi‑specialty group setting. Primarily outpatient services. Qualifications Specialty in Pain Management; must have completed an anesthesia residency and a pain management fellowship. Board certified or eligible to become board certified. Responsibilities Provide diagnostic and therapeutic injections. Treat muscular and skeletal systems. Manage non‑interventional pain disorders. Perform selective cervical root blocks, facet blocks, sacroiliac injections, and epidural steroid injections. Contract Details 2‑year contract with bonus potential. Employee path to shareholder status. Bonus formula: 50% of net practice income minus expenses, including salary. Benefits Malpractice protection. Dues coverage up to $750 per year. Health, life and disability insurance. PTO: 19 days per year. 5 CME days per year plus $2,000 stipend for CME expenses per contract year. Pension/profit sharing after first year (when eligible).
