Process Engineer

Overview Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university. Experience with Solidworks & Auto CAD Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment preferably in a process engineering role Experience with analytical tools to analyze product yields and to make improvements Nice to Have Skills & Experience Investment Casting Experience Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering from an accredited college or university. Responsibilities As a Process Engineer you will be responsible all the metallurgical/materials characteristics pertaining to the investment casting process and our products. This may involve both new development and production castings. In this role you will be teamed up with a Product Engineer who will be responsible for the dimensional aspects of the process/product. The prime responsibility for this position is to engineer the highest yield and lowest overall cost product while meeting or exceeding all customer defined quality requirements. In this position you will work in a team environment with other engineers as well as hands on with the manufacturing team so strong communication skills are required. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities Develops and debugs processes for production and developmental castings. Actively pursues the continuous improvement of existing processes.
