This role involves day-to-day regulatory oversight, data tracking, and close teamwork with operational staff to minimize environmental risks .Key Responsibilitie sManage day-to-day facility compliance with local, state, and federal laws .Collect, track, and verify engineering data for regulatory agencies .Oversee site permit systems for air, waste, and wastewater .Lead facility environmental audits and regular site inspections .Partner with production teams to resolve compliance gaps quickly .Train manufacturing personnel on environmental policies and goals .Qualification sEducation : Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, or related field .Experience : Minimum 4 to 6 years of environmental compliance experience .Setting : Prior experience working directly within a manufacturing plant .Air Programs : Familiarity with Air compliance is highly preferred .Waste Programs : Knowledge of RCRA hazardous waste management is a plus .Water Programs : Experience with NPDES water discharge regulations is a plus .Reporting : Experience managing TRI (Form R) reporting is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
