Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:
Patient Care:
- Diagnose and treat a variety of oral health conditions, including routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, root canals, and other general dental procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and available treatment options.
- Ensure a comfortable and positive experience for patients during their visits.
Treatment Planning:
- Develop customized treatment plans for patients and communicate options effectively.
- Address patient questions and concerns in a clear and respectful manner.
Compliance:
- Follow all practice policies, state regulations, and professional dental standards.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records, including treatment details and medical histories.
Practice Growth:
- Foster a welcoming, supportive office environment that encourages patient trust and loyalty.
- Contribute to the practice’s reputation by consistently delivering high-quality care and service.
