Pay: $27-$30/hr
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our client's team with a variety of project-based administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of corporate professional experience who enjoys hands-on work, document management, and Excel-based projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Hyperlinking, compressing, combining, and organizing documents
- Updating and maintaining contracts and records for the library
- Creating and working with Pivot Tables and spreadsheets in Excel
- Supporting ad hoc administrative and project-related tasks as needed
- Ensuring documents are accurate, well-organized, and follow established formats
Qualifications
- 2+ years of corporate administrative or operations experience
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data organization
- Experience managing and formatting documents (PDFs, Word, Excel)
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Comfortable handling multiple small projects simultaneously
- Professional communication skills and a proactive work style
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting project-based or back-office initiatives
- Exposure to contract updates or document libraries
- Background in corporate environments (law firm experience not required)
